I am having questions in my mind. The biggest question is Can we trust anyone?. Is there some one who really wants the improvement in the society or his definition of society is himself.
My friend did a really brave job of sending the mail to higher authorities(Prime minister, president...). But I am thinking whether he thought before sending the mail or was it done in just emotional flow.
While writing this post I was thinking what to do. But I guess I am doing the right thing.
I am going to send the mail to the higher authorities. Guys what else can we do. I am sure no one of us going for a fast. But as others are giving a try to eradicate corruption I just want to support them.
A Common Man can only support. But that support is really very important. It is important for the one who cares to fight. A person who is fighting for us, when finds that he is backed by the people of his country gives a boost to his courage and there comes the thought that "What i am doing is correct". It requires courage to stand against corruption. But is requires support for one to stand. Lets get united and just send the mail to higher authorities. We should support.

Agree. I see many people who argue 'what will happen if u do this? Nothing is going to change. Or the guy who took the initiative is doing just for fame/personal interest' or they will find some flaw in him.

Thought is always the first step of action and so first lets follow steps:
1. think positive first.
2. Support those who are taking initiatives.
3. take initiative.

ReplyDeleteI think the main problem why India is ranked top in corruption is because we are taught to take corruption as for granted. This socialist person named Anna Hazare has raised a hand against it and the huge support he is getting surely indicates common people have started woken up to stand against corruption. And History supports the fact that it is hard to suppress the voice of common people.
ReplyDeleteNicely written... no doubt in it that we should support the one who is actually taking any initiative against corruption. but in my opinion, just by taking fast, what are you going to prove? If you really care for your nation, for the whle world, start with a small step by not doing wrong with anyone and above all with yourself. Every person in this world knows well what is wrong or right but still he does wrong sometimes, this is when you have to be stronger and take right path only. Everyone should bring a change in himself and then you ill see the whole society free of such negativity.
